GBLocked out 40+ times on this account Locked out 40+ times on this account. On hold for so long it is ridiculous. I am on a deadline, as in statute of limitations. WTH??? The courts themselves need to let clients file directly, but they're a bunch of zombies & have no clue and or do not care. E-filing companies are useless middle-men that are completely redundant and should have never been created, but does anyone at the courthouse have a clue? Of course not. I have sent numerous e-mails, have changed passwords, credit cards & e-mails in an attempt to fix the problem, but nothing Works! First time filing IN PRO PER & due to Covid 19 court closures, no information as to mail in or drop box any docs in case of a computer break down, back logs or just plain incompetence.

GBHorrible at process serving and worse… Horrible at process serving and worse with courtesy copies. They delivered to the wrong courthouse, dropped the document at the door rather than delivering it to the requested courtroom, then lied about it five times. They finally admitted it when I told them that the clerk never received it. As an attorney I can’t use a service that lies.

PTPersistent and Successful My daughter is an attorney and recommended One Legal as that is the firm her practice has used for years. The party served was cagey and avoided service the first 6 attempts. But One Legal's persistent server got it done the 7th time. They deserve my 5 star rating!!

GBSomething needs to shake OneLegal awake... Something needs to shake OneLegal awake. It's customer service has plummeted. As we speak I am 40th in the queue for customer service. 2 years ago you get customer service immediately. Jobs are forgotten about. They fail to return calls. They don't get you back POS's unless you hound them. It's like they are trying to get you to give up. Something changed them about 2 years ago. Wish I could find an alternative filing service that served all the state courts.
