GBDon’t believe the BS - NW Rocks Leaving review because either the bad reviews are fake or left by morons. Either way, my formation experience was fantastic. Formed my LLC in Delaware super fast. Got an EIN and didn’t have to sacrifice my home address and I didn’t have to pay extra. Their corporate guides were great answered all my questions, even though I called like 20 times and their privacy by default policy is pretty dang refreshing.

GBNot reliable, don't risk your business The portal is frustratingly slow and often requires multiple refreshes to function properly. Additionally, the billing process is overly complicated and confusing. I initially attempted to cancel my service and even disputed the charge with my bank. However, I canceled the dispute when they finally registered my LLC. Despite this, they canceled my services a week later, citing an issue with receiving payment from my bank. I have now reopened the dispute with my bank to recover my funds. now I have to pay (filing fee) $55 to change the agent unless they hold any document they receive. they don't answer emails for support and call is 50/50 chance that you would connect with them.

GBUnimpressive customer service so far The main reason I selected Northwest was their supposedly fantastic customer service. I'm still waiting for that customer service to appear. They do not answer the phone, they do not return calls, they do not respond to emails, and they do not apparently check their own emails because this afternoon, they wrote asking me for information that I had already sent the first time they asked for it this morning. I hope this is just an uncharacteristic lapse, and that things will improve from here on out. I would like to be able to update this review with something positive...but that's going to be up to them.

GBDon't bother I was not impressed with their virtual office service, so I canceled it after just one month. It was WAY more of a hassle than I anticipated for my new small business. They take days to get back to you via email (or you can call and leave a voicemail because they never answer their phone), and my inquiries were never really answered to my satisfaction. The real kicker? After you cancel your service, they do indeed hold any documents you get in the mail after that hostage! You have to pay $50 to view them (the monthly office service is only $40). I've already updated my business address on all my registrations and submitted mail forwarding the day I ended service with them, so pretty disappointed.

GBSo far, so good. So far, so good. Only been a client of theirs for 24 hours but I love how their staff are straight talking and gets the job done. It's a rarity these days then most companies allow their front-line staff to only communicate with customers via cut and pasted scripts. However, their Stageline system runs like a Windows 95 laptop (if any of you are old enough to remember having one of those!), its glitchy, it's buggy, and if this is a third party software provider, seriously, just get rid and put a new tender out. I spend more time seeing that buffering animation than I do actually a fully functioning page. Furthermore, I received an email stating they have uploaded my VO lease agreement - no such document has been uploaded. I also login and it goes back to the "Great work! You are one step closer to forming your company." page when the company is in the process of being formed, then it invites me to hire them as a RA - I've already hired them. It also tells me there are no services connected with my company despite having an email confirmation of all the services I have chosen. Great staff, poor IT.
