Only hours after signing up and filing my LLC I received a call from a kind, caring person on the phone who welcomed me and asked if I had any questions. I was very surprised and honestly relieved I filed with a company who values human interaction and personal attention. Excellent customer service continued through promt email communication with Cassandra and Ronni when I wanted to follow up and obtain an EIN. I received it only hours after I'd submitted the request! So far..so good So far... so good. I applied for LLC and received message back the next day about some missing info. I called and they responded within 20 minutes.

THEIR FEES ARE LIES. I almost used Northwest Registered Agent to start my first LLC. It was only $39 "plus state fees," so I thought I could learn from seeing it done right. They listed the "state fees" as $520 for 5-day processing, $555 for 3-day, and $595 for 1-day. THAT'S THE LIE. The actual Massachusetts state fee is $520, and it's 1-day processing for everyone! Any extra above that is NOT a state fee, it's pure profit for Northwest Registered Agent to do nothing and just sit on your application for 3-5 extra days. Sure, ZenBusiness and others have the same scummy business nodel, but they don't LIE about what they're doing. LYING turns this from scummy to scammy. LYING means that I wouldn't trust any of their positive reviews, either.

This was a really great Customer… This was a really great Customer Service experience with Madison and Haydin! I did follow up calls with Haydin, and I asked alot of detailed questions. She answered all my many questions in a friendly way and with thorough knowledge. Their focus was on what was best for my business. I was also told that the company is available for any help needed after my purchase. With such great, patient Customer Service Reps (they deserve a Raise!), great packages and a currently nicely discounted package, there is just no other company I see that is comparable.

This service blows This service blows. They claim to file your LLC but as far as I can tell, they did absolutely nothing. No articles of organization, no LLC filed within state... Just a lot of empty promises and a waste of $135.00. Read the reviews and stay away; this business is a worthless scam.
