Plenty of free information if you’d like to perform tasks yourself to save money. In their surveys they don’t ask between 7 genders what you are like competitors. Light years better than ZenBusiness or LegalZoom.

GBThis was a really great Customer… This was a really great Customer Service experience with Madison and Haydin! I did follow up calls with Haydin, and I asked alot of detailed questions. She answered all my many questions in a friendly way and with thorough knowledge. Their focus was on what was best for my business. I was also told that the company is available for any help needed after my purchase. With such great, patient Customer Service Reps (they deserve a Raise!), great packages and a currently nicely discounted package, there is just no other company I see that is comparable.

GBThis service blows This service blows. They claim to file your LLC but as far as I can tell, they did absolutely nothing. No articles of organization, no LLC filed within state... Just a lot of empty promises and a waste of $135.00. Read the reviews and stay away; this business is a worthless scam.

GBUnimpressive customer service so far The main reason I selected Northwest was their supposedly fantastic customer service. I'm still waiting for that customer service to appear. They do not answer the phone, they do not return calls, they do not respond to emails, and they do not apparently check their own emails because this afternoon, they wrote asking me for information that I had already sent the first time they asked for it this morning. I hope this is just an uncharacteristic lapse, and that things will improve from here on out. I would like to be able to update this review with something positive...but that's going to be up to them.
