Plenty of free information if you’d like to perform tasks yourself to save money. In their surveys they don’t ask between 7 genders what you are like competitors. Light years better than ZenBusiness or LegalZoom.

Unimpressive customer service so far The main reason I selected Northwest was their supposedly fantastic customer service. I'm still waiting for that customer service to appear. They do not answer the phone, they do not return calls, they do not respond to emails, and they do not apparently check their own emails because this afternoon, they wrote asking me for information that I had already sent the first time they asked for it this morning. I hope this is just an uncharacteristic lapse, and that things will improve from here on out. I would like to be able to update this review with something positive...but that's going to be up to them.

I spent a lot of time choosing between… I spent a lot of time choosing between formation services. Ultimately I went with Northwest to start my LLC because although they don't look the cheapest, they are much cheaper in the second year. They don't explain this very well on their site, but if you look at how much other companies are renovating, you'll see that Northwest doesn't bother with hidden fees. Plus, their emphasis on customer privacy is nice because you don't have to list your home address.

Don’t believe the BS - NW Rocks Leaving review because either the bad reviews are fake or left by morons. Either way, my formation experience was fantastic. Formed my LLC in Delaware super fast. Got an EIN and didn’t have to sacrifice my home address and I didn’t have to pay extra. Their corporate guides were great answered all my questions, even though I called like 20 times and their privacy by default policy is pretty dang refreshing.

No address verification, support is slow They do not provide any business address verification, so their services are not suitable for selling on Amazon or eBay or Walmart. Also support answers you once a day, so it took me a week to solve a simple question.
