Great for new business owner I signed up with Northwest Registered Agent a couple months ago, and they have been extremely helpful. One of the representatives called me to walk through their services and to ensure that I was all set up. Given this was the first time that I registered an LLC, it was great to have that immediate availability from Northwest's support staff.

RECOMMENDED TO ME, NOW I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS! My tax prepper recommended I use northwest to file my LLC and I am VERY HAPPY she did so! Only hours after signing up and filing my LLC I received a call from a kind, caring person on the phone who welcomed me and asked if I had any questions. I was very surprised and honestly relieved I filed with a company who values human interaction and personal attention. Excellent customer service continued through promt email communication with Cassandra and Ronni when I wanted to follow up and obtain an EIN. I received it only hours after I'd submitted the request! Very impressed and satisfied. Thank you Northwest for making me feel so safe and taken care of! If you're reading this wondering if you should use their services, look no further and sign up!

Don't bother I was not impressed with their virtual office service, so I canceled it after just one month. It was WAY more of a hassle than I anticipated for my new small business. They take days to get back to you via email (or you can call and leave a voicemail because they never answer their phone), and my inquiries were never really answered to my satisfaction. The real kicker? After you cancel your service, they do indeed hold any documents you get in the mail after that hostage! You have to pay $50 to view them (the monthly office service is only $40). I've already updated my business address on all my registrations and submitted mail forwarding the day I ended service with them, so pretty disappointed.

THEIR FEES ARE LIES. I almost used Northwest Registered Agent to start my first LLC. It was only $39 "plus state fees," so I thought I could learn from seeing it done right. They listed the "state fees" as $520 for 5-day processing, $555 for 3-day, and $595 for 1-day. THAT'S THE LIE. The actual Massachusetts state fee is $520, and it's 1-day processing for everyone! Any extra above that is NOT a state fee, it's pure profit for Northwest Registered Agent to do nothing and just sit on your application for 3-5 extra days. Sure, ZenBusiness and others have the same scummy business nodel, but they don't LIE about what they're doing. LYING turns this from scummy to scammy. LYING means that I wouldn't trust any of their positive reviews, either.

After paying $145 After paying $145, they have done 0, nothing but send form letters requesting info I have already sent several times. Obviously, they are not reading their emails. Around and around, spending my valuable time and money. Registered Agents are a nightmare. Most ppl will not be smirking where they land in the other plane. I have sent them a Cancel email...if they reply. Their directions to cancel on our acct is a lie. I'll update if I get scammed or my Refund. Update: 2/14/24 Called again. Can't Login. my PW does Not work. Nor do they send a Reset Link even tho the site states it sent one, making it impossible to Cancel. 2/27/24 Update. Thanks Mike for getting my refund of 137.81.
