We have been using Northwest Registered… We have been using Northwest Registered Agent services just over a year. We needed RA service and state filings for 49 states and it was confusing. Madison Shaw, at Northwest is hands-down one of the most efficient, organized and knowledgeable Corporate Guides there. She continues to go above and beyond to help us with all we need. So personable and sweet. She is able to simplify things. I would give her 10 stars if there was an option to. Unbelievable service! I highly recommend her and Northwest Registered Agent.

Easy to contact Easy to contact, an actual person picks up. Emails I’ve sent have been responded to within the same day. Plenty of free information if you’d like to perform tasks yourself to save money. In their surveys they don’t ask between 7 genders what you are like competitors. Light years better than ZenBusiness or LegalZoom.

Don’t believe the BS - NW Rocks Leaving review because either the bad reviews are fake or left by morons. Either way, my formation experience was fantastic. Formed my LLC in Delaware super fast. Got an EIN and didn’t have to sacrifice my home address and I didn’t have to pay extra. Their corporate guides were great answered all my questions, even though I called like 20 times and their privacy by default policy is pretty dang refreshing.

RECOMMENDED TO ME, NOW I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS! My tax prepper recommended I use northwest to file my LLC and I am VERY HAPPY she did so! Only hours after signing up and filing my LLC I received a call from a kind, caring person on the phone who welcomed me and asked if I had any questions. I was very surprised and honestly relieved I filed with a company who values human interaction and personal attention. Excellent customer service continued through promt email communication with Cassandra and Ronni when I wanted to follow up and obtain an EIN. I received it only hours after I'd submitted the request! This service blows This service blows. They claim to file your LLC but as far as I can tell, they did absolutely nothing. No articles of organization, no LLC filed within state... Just a lot of empty promises and a waste of $135.00. Read the reviews and stay away; this business is a worthless scam.
