GBWe have been using Northwest Registered… We have been using Northwest Registered Agent services just over a year. We needed RA service and state filings for 49 states and it was confusing. Madison Shaw, at Northwest is hands-down one of the most efficient, organized and knowledgeable Corporate Guides there. She continues to go above and beyond to help us with all we need. So personable and sweet. She is able to simplify things. I would give her 10 stars if there was an option to. Unbelievable service! I highly recommend her and Northwest Registered Agent.

GBDon’t believe the BS - NW Rocks Leaving review because either the bad reviews are fake or left by morons. Either way, my formation experience was fantastic. Formed my LLC in Delaware super fast. Got an EIN and didn’t have to sacrifice my home address and I didn’t have to pay extra. Their corporate guides were great answered all my questions, even though I called like 20 times and their privacy by default policy is pretty dang refreshing.

GBAfter paying $145 After paying $145, they have done 0, nothing but send form letters requesting info I have already sent several times. Obviously, they are not reading their emails. Around and around, spending my valuable time and money. Registered Agents are a nightmare. Most ppl will not be smirking where they land in the other plane. I have sent them a Cancel email...if they reply. Their directions to cancel on our acct is a lie. I'll update if I get scammed or my Refund. Update: 2/14/24 Called again. Can't Login. my PW does Not work. Nor do they send a Reset Link even tho the site states it sent one, making it impossible to Cancel. 2/27/24 Update. Thanks Mike for getting my refund of 137.81.

GBUnimpressive customer service so far The main reason I selected Northwest was their supposedly fantastic customer service. I'm still waiting for that customer service to appear. They do not answer the phone, they do not return calls, they do not respond to emails, and they do not apparently check their own emails because this afternoon, they wrote asking me for information that I had already sent the first time they asked for it this morning. I hope this is just an uncharacteristic lapse, and that things will improve from here on out. I would like to be able to update this review with something positive...but that's going to be up to them.
