USTedious; but easiest way to do it online If you live out of the state you are born with, 10/10 this is the way to go. Gotta pay for the packet and include a 22$ fee in the packet itself when you mail it - otherwise you’re screwed and have to wait even longer. Obtaining official documents is annoying and boring but must be done. A trip to your County’s Clerks office is definitely quicker though but not always an option

USVital Records has been very helpful in… Vital Records has been very helpful in obtaining a copy of my birth certificate. I will use them again the next time I need help and I will recommend them to my family and friends.

USThe vital records processed my payment… The vital records processed my payment from credit card dispute the call center telling me I didn't complete the paperwork correctly and I would have to resend. I thought it was going to take another three weeks or so. I am very happy I received the documents however the call center needs to be updated and learn customer service.

USI will not be recommending you I will not be recommending you to anyone - lesson learned. Your link makes it look like you are the official avenue to use to get a copy of a birth certificate. Discovered when you sent me the packet that you are just an expediting service. Paying $90 for services I could have done for myself for about $15 is not my idea of a good deal.

USThe Deception For $89 I completed the form and expected to receive my birth certificate. Approximately one week later, I receive documents to ‘again’ complete the order request for additional funds. I sent an email requesting at least $70 in refund, you did send paperwork, but the request went unfulfilled. Would like some form of reimbursement, since the forms can be downloaded for free. Will see what response, if any, is provided after the review. Kind regards
