I've had nothing but great service from… I've had nothing but great service from Carolina Legal Services every time I've called. Their customer service reps are very polite and very knowledgeable of their job. If needed, I don't mind being put on hold if I have a question about something because if they don't know the answer immediately then they find out and get the answer. I have nothing bad to say about the service from CLS.

I am sure I will be satisfied at the end of our 3 1/2 year contract, because, I will do my part and I have total trust that Carolina Legal Services will do their best to do their part. I called to attempt to get in touch… I called to attempt to get in touch with my legal representative, David the CLS associate was professional, but, like the other times I have called I got the same shuffle. It must be a script....I attempted to call the lawyer and I have sent numerous text messages and Mr. Rufty has not answered any of my texts or returned my calls. I'm getting an un easy feeling that I will not be completed with this process on the time line that we have agreed too in the contract..... They asked for me to share... I email to complain I got served papers threatening to take away what little property I have left because of accounts that were supposedly "taken care of" MONTHS ago.... I get an email reply asking to "share [my] positive feedback" Here it is: Stop Screwing me over!

I paid 342 dollars for 3.5 years only… I paid 342 dollars for 3.5 years only to be sued for the debt. that i already paid or i thought i was paying now i am screwed and still have to pay back this debt
