I was very skeptical to sign up for the… I was very skeptical to sign up for the service. I tried a debt recovery service in the past and no resolutions were ever started. Carolina legal services went right to work contacting my creditors Only one creditor ever called me during the process and that was also quickly resolved. Yes my credit score suffered briefly during the process but several months later my score is already recovering. I appreciate the customer service folks especially Amalika. She was persistent and resolved all of my accounts .

I called to attempt to get in touch… I called to attempt to get in touch with my legal representative, David the CLS associate was professional, but, like the other times I have called I got the same shuffle. It must be a script....I attempted to call the lawyer and I have sent numerous text messages and Mr. Rufty has not answered any of my texts or returned my calls. I'm getting an un easy feeling that I will not be completed with this process on the time line that we have agreed too in the contract..... This company is a nightmare This company is a nightmare . I canceled my program due to the lack of communication, not answered questions and no proof of actions done to my case . After being in the program for 11 months paying without missing a penny nothing was resolve and I got a sue from wells Fargo. I paid over $9000 . And only got back $2600. Where is the rest of my money ??? You guys didn’t settle anything , the accounts didn’t get any back and forth communication like you guys told me . I called again today to speak with a supervisor and again I was told there Will be no more money refunded . I have decided to take this to the media and also contact the news so no more one person fall into this trap .
