GBI just cancel the program I just canceled the program. I asked for a copy of my signed papers stating that I shall not pay my creditors or use anymore credit since Carolina legal services was going to represent me. Never received it. It's been a month since I signed with the program and none of my creditors have been notified. I sent an e-mail to my case lawyer and it was sent back to me because the e-mail appears to be nonexistent. All this made me not to trust this program and very slow process. I expect then to returned the total amoth of money they debitef from my account within 7 to 10 weekdays as they stated today.

GBI called to attempt to get in touch… I called to attempt to get in touch with my legal representative, David the CLS associate was professional, but, like the other times I have called I got the same shuffle. It must be a script....I attempted to call the lawyer and I have sent numerous text messages and Mr. Rufty has not answered any of my texts or returned my calls. I'm getting an un easy feeling that I will not be completed with this process on the time line that we have agreed too in the contract..... GBSo far I am very satisfied with… So far I am very satisfied with Carolina Legal Services. I am sure I will be satisfied at the end of our 3 1/2 year contract, because, I will do my part and I have total trust that Carolina Legal Services will do their best to do their part. That will give us a happy result. Thank you for helping this old lady!

GBThis company is a nightmare This company is a nightmare . I canceled my program due to the lack of communication, not answered questions and no proof of actions done to my case . After being in the program for 11 months paying without missing a penny nothing was resolve and I got a sue from wells Fargo. I paid over $9000 . And only got back $2600. Where is the rest of my money ??? You guys didn’t settle anything , the accounts didn’t get any back and forth communication like you guys told me . I called again today to speak with a supervisor and again I was told there Will be no more money refunded . I have decided to take this to the media and also contact the news so no more one person fall into this trap .

GBI've had nothing but great service from… I've had nothing but great service from Carolina Legal Services every time I've called. Their customer service reps are very polite and very knowledgeable of their job. If needed, I don't mind being put on hold if I have a question about something because if they don't know the answer immediately then they find out and get the answer. I have nothing bad to say about the service from CLS.
