GBPlease do not use this company Please do not use this company. I am telling you this from my own personal experience dealing with this company. My program supposed to end by October 2022 and Timberline is continues to take money via direct deposit, with the reason saying that you have one more account to settle. Per the staff/costumer service person, i have more than double the amount in my Timberline account to settle my outstanding balance. My humble request to you all please do not associate with this firm and you might end up loosing your money and peace. If there is an option i can give less than one star i would give them that. I am glad if this review will useful to at least one person. Thanks

GBTimberline has been amazing except for… Timberline has been amazing except for our last request to skip our monthly payment this November. It was taken out of our account despite the request to skip the payment. We then called to get that money refunded, but the representative marked our account to skip our December payment. We just wanted the November payment refunded. Which was discussed on the phone. This situation was brought to the customer service managers.

GBFinancial Institute of this nature are a scam and should be illegal. We entered into a contract with Timberline Financial to avoid Bank Ruptcy. We agreed on the amount of money we were to pay each month to payoff 5 accounts. They said that they needed more money to payoff the accounts, so we increased the amount. I am within 6 months of completing the 4 year contract and only 3 of the 5 accounts have been cleared. This company is nothing but a scam. They associate with a Financial Institute that charges me every time they hear my name. This whole idea of helping someone get out of debt is no debt management involved. They are strictly interested in getting money at others misfortune.

GBWORST COMPANY EVER We started working with this company in 2018. We were told the same information as many of the other customers. We had good credit, we were just looking to consolidate instead of paying multiple payments to different entities each month. We then spent 2 years fighting for information, waiting as our credit tanked and hearing nothing. In 2020 we stopped hearing from Timberline, despite reaching out. As of this morning we were contacted by a different company who stated that our account was sold to them and we could settle our account for $20,000.00. Original debt was $15,000 with payments of $750 per month for two years. This is insane. How can you so terribly misrepresent yourselves, DESTROY peoples credit scores, refuse to communicate and then SELL CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS TO A CREDITOR? I have reported this company to the BBB and am seeking legal counsel. Do NOT work with this business, they may not be committing fraud or be illegal, but they are definitely not ethical.
