GBDo NOT work with this company! Do NOT work with this company. They do not work proactively for you and charge outrageous fees! The amount they so call negotiate for you is only doubled because of the fees they charge. They do not explain things, you constantly have to hound them to do what they promised. Once you sign the contract, you won't hear from them again. You are better off negotiating with the credit card companies directly or find another agency.
At wits end
GBWaiting for over two months… I’ve been calling for over two months now to graduate out of the program, but no success. No one can give me an answer on what’s the reason for delay even after I paid the pending amount in full on 15th Nov, 2019. While the agents on the phone are courteous - they have time and again been unable to respond, always referring to the negotiations department that has so far not provided any explanation. It shouldn’t be this cumbersome to graduate out after paying the amount owed in advance.

GBLook no further! Timberline Financial has been nothing but amazing. They are always available to answer any of your questions honestly. Just be patient and you will be see results. I spoke to Tyler most recently and he as well as the rest of the staff are courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using Timberline’s services to friends and family!

GBNegligent I’ve had this company for over a year. Debts are still not settled and now I’m being sued by a creator of Bank of America. I trusted Timberline to consolidate in a timely manner and communicate with creditors to avoid this and now I’m being sued due their negligence. I I can’t even get a statement reflecting what’s been paid, reconciled or where we are in the process and it’s been a year!! How do I know if Bank of America has even been contacted. At this point Timberline is hurting me more than helping me, I want a refund and will go with another company. Ridiculous.

GBThis has been the worst experience I've… This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company they lie and act all nice when you enroll. Then never return calls or emails charge you wrong amounts and now after my acct was complete 4 months later they drafted a payment from my account again. DO NOT TRUST THEM!
