GBWorst mistake of my life There are no words to describe how terrible this company is they will steal your money and destroy your life. You will never be able to contact them, a complete scam. Do not pick this company

GBTotal Scam Total Scam. They claim to take charge, negotiate your accounts down and save you money. They contact the crediters and negotiate the amount owed down which I could have done myself but by the time they add in their fees you save little or nothing. Now the final insult. I enrolled 6 accounts. After I realised that these accounts become inactive and your credit destroyed I removed one account from the program so that I would still have an active credit account. Bare in mind that all of these accounts were up to date. I came to the program because I was about to go under. After negotiation one of the accounts was sent to litigation prior to being fully enrolled. Now four of the accounts have been paid off. The 5th has also been paid off but now I am told that I have to pay all of the litigation fees which is a very large amount so I will end paying more than I started with. As I said up front the program is a crock, preying on people that are over extended and in the end you have to rebuild your credit and move on.

GBFinancial Institute of this nature are a scam and should be illegal. We entered into a contract with Timberline Financial to avoid Bank Ruptcy. We agreed on the amount of money we were to pay each month to payoff 5 accounts. They said that they needed more money to payoff the accounts, so we increased the amount. I am within 6 months of completing the 4 year contract and only 3 of the 5 accounts have been cleared. This company is nothing but a scam. They associate with a Financial Institute that charges me every time they hear my name. This whole idea of helping someone get out of debt is no debt management involved. They are strictly interested in getting money at others misfortune.

GBTotally disappointed on how my accounts… Totally disappointed on how my accounts were handled. No transparency, no statements, no nothing. I will never recommend Timberline to anyone. If you need more info, call me 617-750-1134. Next time I will post this message on Facebook.

GBIt is a regret. The person I spoke with, in the call center, was as helpful as she could be. It is not her fault. Rather it is Timberline's method of customer service. The web site shows inaccurate information, there is no record of the amount paid, current balances, or other information about the accounts. Very frustrating company to deal with. I regret having enrolled in this program.
