GBThis has been the worst experience I've… This has been the worst experience I've ever had with a company they lie and act all nice when you enroll. Then never return calls or emails charge you wrong amounts and now after my acct was complete 4 months later they drafted a payment from my account again. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

GBThis company is the worst I have ever… This company is the worst I have ever dealt with in my life! I have used other companies and even filed bankruptcy before. But I asked for help and this company has failed me horribly!! I signed up with a plan and have kept my side of it but they have not. I am paying way over what I should have to begin with. I was sued last year and again being threatened to be sued again. They take my money every month and I get no where but in deeper trouble. Please do not use this company!!! They lie and steal your money!!!

GBNegligent I’ve had this company for over a year. Debts are still not settled and now I’m being sued by a creator of Bank of America. I trusted Timberline to consolidate in a timely manner and communicate with creditors to avoid this and now I’m being sued due their negligence. I I can’t even get a statement reflecting what’s been paid, reconciled or where we are in the process and it’s been a year!! How do I know if Bank of America has even been contacted. At this point Timberline is hurting me more than helping me, I want a refund and will go with another company. Ridiculous.
