Negligent I’ve had this company for over a year. Debts are still not settled and now I’m being sued by a creator of Bank of America. I trusted Timberline to consolidate in a timely manner and communicate with creditors to avoid this and now I’m being sued due their negligence. I I can’t even get a statement reflecting what’s been paid, reconciled or where we are in the process and it’s been a year!! How do I know if Bank of America has even been contacted. At this point Timberline is hurting me more than helping me, I want a refund and will go with another company. Ridiculous.

Patti was very responsive and answered… Patti was very responsive and answered every question I had. She was extremely helpful - and personable! Robert Gallego with Versara-not as impressed. I was told that Timberline has to change out their phone number ever so offer so it isn't recognizable. When I asked what type of interest Versara charges, I never got a clear answer. When I got my denial letter, do to "missed payment's "with Timberline. What a total waste of time, he never bothered to look at my account. Very shady!!! However, I love Patti!!!! :)

If I could give 0 stars If I could give 0 stars, I would. Don't walk, run away from this company that preys on people in a desperate financial situation. I have been given misinformation and have been promised actions repeatedly that have turned our to be blatant lies. This has been, by far, the worst experience with a company I have had in my 48 years of life. Don't be fooled by the empty promises and horrible customer service offered by these scam artists.

Financial Institute of this nature are a scam and should be illegal. We entered into a contract with Timberline Financial to avoid Bank Ruptcy. We agreed on the amount of money we were to pay each month to payoff 5 accounts. They said that they needed more money to payoff the accounts, so we increased the amount. I am within 6 months of completing the 4 year contract and only 3 of the 5 accounts have been cleared. This company is nothing but a scam. They associate with a Financial Institute that charges me every time they hear my name. This whole idea of helping someone get out of debt is no debt management involved. They are strictly interested in getting money at others misfortune.

Worst mistake of my life There are no words to describe how terrible this company is they will steal your money and destroy your life. You will never be able to contact them, a complete scam. Do not pick this company
