GBBeen in the program since 2018 Been in the program since 2018, not all creditors we're negotiated with, payments skipped, still thousands of dollars due and horrendous fees! GBWORST COMPANY EVER We started working with this company in 2018. We were told the same information as many of the other customers. We had good credit, we were just looking to consolidate instead of paying multiple payments to different entities each month. We then spent 2 years fighting for information, waiting as our credit tanked and hearing nothing. In 2020 we stopped hearing from Timberline, despite reaching out. As of this morning we were contacted by a different company who stated that our account was sold to them and we could settle our account for $20,000.00. Original debt was $15,000 with payments of $750 per month for two years. This is insane. How can you so terribly misrepresent yourselves, DESTROY peoples credit scores, refuse to communicate and then SELL CUSTOMER ACCOUNTS TO A CREDITOR? I have reported this company to the BBB and am seeking legal counsel. Do NOT work with this business, they may not be committing fraud or be illegal, but they are definitely not ethical.

PRBest decision ever. Best decision I made. This company helped me with my debt. Now I can say I'm debt free. Excellent customer service, excellent resolutions. I had a lot of credit cards debts and they helped me to reduce for less than I was supposed to pay. Thank you Timberline for making me free of debt.

GBNegligent I’ve had this company for over a year. Debts are still not settled and now I’m being sued by a creator of Bank of America. I trusted Timberline to consolidate in a timely manner and communicate with creditors to avoid this and now I’m being sued due their negligence. I I can’t even get a statement reflecting what’s been paid, reconciled or where we are in the process and it’s been a year!! How do I know if Bank of America has even been contacted. At this point Timberline is hurting me more than helping me, I want a refund and will go with another company. Ridiculous.

GBDo NOT work with this company! Do NOT work with this company. They do not work proactively for you and charge outrageous fees! The amount they so call negotiate for you is only doubled because of the fees they charge. They do not explain things, you constantly have to hound them to do what they promised. Once you sign the contract, you won't hear from them again. You are better off negotiating with the credit card companies directly or find another agency.
