USIt is a regret. The person I spoke with, in the call center, was as helpful as she could be. It is not her fault. Rather it is Timberline's method of customer service. The web site shows inaccurate information, there is no record of the amount paid, current balances, or other information about the accounts. Very frustrating company to deal with. I regret having enrolled in this program.
At wits end
USWaiting for over two months… I’ve been calling for over two months now to graduate out of the program, but no success. No one can give me an answer on what’s the reason for delay even after I paid the pending amount in full on 15th Nov, 2019. While the agents on the phone are courteous - they have time and again been unable to respond, always referring to the negotiations department that has so far not provided any explanation. It shouldn’t be this cumbersome to graduate out after paying the amount owed in advance.

USIf I could give 0 stars If I could give 0 stars, I would. Don't walk, run away from this company that preys on people in a desperate financial situation. I have been given misinformation and have been promised actions repeatedly that have turned our to be blatant lies. This has been, by far, the worst experience with a company I have had in my 48 years of life. Don't be fooled by the empty promises and horrible customer service offered by these scam artists.

USTimberline has been amazing except for… Timberline has been amazing except for our last request to skip our monthly payment this November. It was taken out of our account despite the request to skip the payment. We then called to get that money refunded, but the representative marked our account to skip our December payment. We just wanted the November payment refunded. Which was discussed on the phone. This situation was brought to the customer service managers.

USLook no further! Timberline Financial has been nothing but amazing. They are always available to answer any of your questions honestly. Just be patient and you will be see results. I spoke to Tyler most recently and he as well as the rest of the staff are courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend using Timberline’s services to friends and family!
