SCUM FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL Your people can't get anything right!!! I ask for a list of attorney fees for the year 2020 & you send me a payment schedule that was dated 2019. You had a problem getting my credit cards straight. You contacted all of my creditors, when you were supposed to only contact certain ones. Now the cards I wanted to keep are closed!!! This company is the scum from the bottom of the barrel!!!!

The young lady we spoke with was sooo… The young lady we spoke with was sooo nice! We also told her how my husband has become ill since we started the program with an aneurysm in his heart and asbestos in lungs she explained how that was considered hardship. I would never do business with them… I would never do business with them again. We've paid them thousands of dollars over the last five years and less than 50% of our debt is settled, many debts have been resold and we are now being pursued by the new debt owners.

I also feel like this company is… I also feel like this company is dishonest. Also got court summons and didn't even now I was been sue. Terrible, they finally settle with company for the full amount:( I didn't have time to go to court. I honestly wouldn't recommend them, the process takes forever to get any results, makes me wonder what they do with the money we keep paying on a monthly basis. I started with 6 accounts going on two years and only 2 accounts have settle. My credit score is terrible. I would never do this again, you are correct we are better off negotiating directly with the creditors we have, we would get better deals. Unhappy Customer
