GBTerminated my account because I didn't… Terminated my account because I didn't send 400 after an email I didn't see expired. Oh ya I had already sent them more than 50,000 in 2 huge drafts so was working all the time to pay. Had a settlement on one of my accts and they didn't send the check. So they terminated my acct and kept my money for several months without even telling me they terminated ...all the whole I thought the acct was paid. Finally got my money back now the creditor wants twice as much. Thanks for the stress and headache. Now I'm on my own

GBSCUM FROM THE BOTTOM OF THE BARREL Your people can't get anything right!!! I ask for a list of attorney fees for the year 2020 & you send me a payment schedule that was dated 2019. You had a problem getting my credit cards straight. You contacted all of my creditors, when you were supposed to only contact certain ones. Now the cards I wanted to keep are closed!!! This company is the scum from the bottom of the barrel!!!!

GBEverything has been as advertised. Everything has been as advertised. My first creditor court case is coming up in under two months. i'm happy to say that Canyon has been all over it... acquiring and dealing with the paperwork... dispatching resources to handle the courts... interacting with the plaintiffs on my behalf... all the things you expect from representation. My wife is still unconvinced, but everything on our end is signed and agreed to. I am no longer financially broken, but also not yet solvent... that part should be coming though, after many more debtors and resolution meetings. To date I am very satisfied, and their transparency has been reassuring and professional.

GBWARNING!! WARNING!!! Do not use this group. They will take your money, not live up to there end of there own contract, and then refuse to refund your money that is due back to you. I had them hell me settle some accounts, but they did not deal with a couple accounts, but they charged the service fee for those accounts, and are not giving my money back when they failed to manage those accounts. Find another company to help you. These guys will will not be working in your best interest. Look elsewhere.
