Things can go wrong, but with this shower its impossible to sort it out because they don't reply to emails, answer phones within 40 minutes or more. If you ring them it costs a fortune and I am sure they deliberately don't answer so as to run up the clock. Applied for a VISA on 13/9 no response other than taking over £400, then a month later they say we cant get you a VISA so destroying a £4,000 holiday. Not even a sorry!! OH and the platitudes to earlier complaints on Trust Pilot about contacting the manager. He doesn't exist..his emails bounce back. In short do not do business with them, You will regret it.

I suspect their final invoice bore little resemblance to their actual costs.Comms was poor with no feedback on progress or even if they even had the info we sent. Once chased a couple of times they actually started progressing things. It is a sweepstake if you get a knowledgeable uk based rep or an oversees “robot”.

This company is totally operated by China - you will not get back any refund if they don't deliver your visa on time, or ever. They are a black box - money goes in, but visas may or may not come back. You're dealing with a CCP-owned company which wants to stick it to you.

No clear instruction, I applied visa using the website. I got mail from them to return the application form. I dont see any application form in the mail attachment. There was a kit in the mail attachment which talk lot about their services but it does not contain any application form. It is confusing. Their customer service number is a premier number( calls will be charged). I sent a mail, but there was no reply from them yet.

DON'T BELIEVE THE POOR REVIEWS I was dreading using this company because of the poor reviews. My experience was completely the opposite, I was kept informed throughout the process. Any questions by email were promptly answered by Raechel. The price was also very reasonable. I definitely use them again.
