GBCIBT should be avoided CIBT should be avoided, plus all the 5 star reviews were written by company employees. This company is totally operated by China - you will not get back any refund if they don't deliver your visa on time, or ever. They are a black box - money goes in, but visas may or may not come back. You're dealing with a CCP-owned company which wants to stick it to you.

GBTerrible service Terrible service, impossible to get hold of someone on their 084 number (repeatedly held on hold for 30+ minutes). The information is not the clearest and their website design is terrible and very un-user-friendly. They are expensive as well. Careful dialing the 08 contact number as most mobile phone contracts charge an extortionate fee eg 44p per minute, to call this number. Still awaiting email response, dreadful.

GBUnfathomable system and unhelpful staff Tried to help a friend to submit her multiple visa applications. She couldn’t get past the payment point, and CIBT staff kept on blaming her for the issue. I’ve worked in digital, including user interface design, for 30 years and I couldn’t get it to work. Each time I went to pay, the system charged £0.00, rather than the correct amount. Again, CIBT staff told me it was my error, despite its system’s inability to charge the requisite amount. The staff seem to have no customer focus at all — all they did was constantly tell me their system was correct, despite it being exceedingly obvious that it wasn’t. In the end, we gave up and successfully applied for the certificates direct from the countries concerned, all of which was very easy by comparison to CIBT’s useless service and attitude.

GBTo avoid stress, do not use this company! Applied for visas for Tanzania in December, they eventually arrived after much chasing (multiple phone calls to misnamed Titan Help Desk!) on 23th January, when we were due to travel on 24th! Staff uncaring and unhelpful, promised to get back to me several times but never did! When they did arrive visas had been granted by Embassy on 12th January, 11 days before CIBT forwarded them to me. If you want to avoid stress do not use this company.

ARDreadful company Dreadful company. Needed 4 visas for cruise. Paid £900 for two people. One visa never came so missed Saudi Arabia port. Benin and Kenya visa eventually arrived. Made over 20 phone calls and 40 emails. Depending on who we spoke to different promises which never came.
