Dreadful Dreadful - charged me over £230 for visas for my wife and myself............rejected my documents that I submitted to prove the date I would be in Indonesia on my world cruise with P&O Arcadia. If you mistakenly thought they would help you.............forget it and save your money

Dreadful company Dreadful company. Needed 4 visas for cruise. Paid £900 for two people. One visa never came so missed Saudi Arabia port. Benin and Kenya visa eventually arrived. Made over 20 phone calls and 40 emails. Depending on who we spoke to different promises which never came.

Terrible communication, useless service Terrible communication After placing the order. Didn't get any email for futher guidance. When I approached them, they asked me to contact my assigned agent which I never got assigned. Wasted two weeks for a process that one of my colleague completed by himself within 5 days.

Absolutely disgraceful service. I can say that I received the most disgraceful and worst service I have ever seen in my life from this company. Absolutely disgraceful service. They got my visa date wrong and couldn't change it afterward. All my preparations for that day were canceled. Their response to emails is absolutely deplorable. employees don't care. Please read this and do not experience the situation I experienced and do not receive any service from them. Please.

Terrible service Terrible service, impossible to get hold of someone on their 084 number (repeatedly held on hold for 30+ minutes). The information is not the clearest and their website design is terrible and very un-user-friendly. They are expensive as well. Careful dialing the 08 contact number as most mobile phone contracts charge an extortionate fee eg 44p per minute, to call this number. Still awaiting email response, dreadful.
