DO NOT USE I submitted my online renewal on 12/27/22.I have a trip planned for next week. I have called for the last 3 weeks. Today I held for over 3 hours, well 5 if you include the first 2 hour wait when the employee disconnected the call. I was trying to get an appointment. There were none available. Each time I do get a representative I get different information. It has supposedly been escalated 2x now. There are no updates available on line. This is week 10 and it still says processing. I tried to email to no avail. They keep telling me it’s a “pilot program” to justify the fact that they can’t provide an update. I am so sorry I used this service. I see these 5 star reviews, and I’m wondering if they are even real.

3 days start to finish! Wow Applied online on Monday pm and posted the old passport to them. Got the new one back this morning (Thursday) -3 days start to finish including postal time. Big impovement on the system 10 years ago

Excellent Service I would have never made it to my flight if it wasn’t for Passport Renewal. The costumer service I received was excellent, I didn’t have to wait long and the person that I was talking to was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company to everyone that has issues with their passport.
