GBGreat Resource Great Resource - Better than having to go all over to various county recorders' offices. However, I had a little bit of difficulty navigating the sight to actually obtain what I was looking for. Despite great labeling which seemed intuitive, when I clicked on the buttons to try to order a deed from a certain county, there was no response. Then I was redirected. It took a little while to figure out.

GBdid not like their Beneficiary deed… did not like their Beneficiary deed form for Nebraska. Can't change I to we. Input areas not large enough and can't be enlarged. In signature areas names are required to be printed under signature lines. This space is not on form. **Notary did not like wording on their page!

GBBUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE. I am a 22 year practicing attorney and I I have had a deeds.com account for several months and I was very satisfied in the beginning. However, if I needed an answer to a question, the answer never came. I tried to call the facility, but I never received a message back. After ordering several deeds, unbeknownst to me my account was deleted. Access to the deeds I have purchased is denied as well. I have tried to garner a response but can not. This is not the way to run a business and as I have spent quite a but of money I would like the deeds that I ordered.

GBAbsolutely terrible service Absolutely terrible service. They requested forms in a format that was against what the county wanted. They would not answer questions directly and would not allow a call in. The closed my account stating that the program was resolved and when I sent them messages the sent me emails that required me to log into my account, which I could not do because they closed it. Very unprofessional and would not use. They replied to this post telling me to reply on their website, which I did and they deleted that review and blocked my account. COMPLETE SCAM. Of course they are going to only keep the good reviews.

GBI purchased a package but had questions… I purchased a package but had questions about the fillable form. It's not very user friendly. I sent them an email with my questions because you can't talk to anyone. Well, instead of answering my questions, they closed my account! It's funny how they say they welcome your feedback when you open an account but when you do give them feedback that they don't like, they close your account. Very unprofessional!
