$20 for a blank one page governmen doc?! $20 for a blank one page government form?! Our taxes are paying for the design and production of that form. DEEDS has seized on an opportunity to install itself as the middleman in administering form issuance. Our government is letting us down by abdicating its responsibilities, and DEEDS is ripping us off with outrageously exorbitant prices for our forms. $20!! Outrageous.

Simple request asked three times Simple request asked three times, and not full filled by the company. Purchased deed templates in late June 2023. Downloaded my order. No receipt for my purchase was provided in the download or emailed to me. I needed the receipt to get reimbursed for the expense. I inquired again three weeks later. Still no response from the company. Called the telephone number on the website (buried deep in the site). Went straight to a recording. No opportunity to leave a voicemail; no opportunity to speak with a representative. Earlier this week, I sent another email (in their portal) requesting the receipt. Made mention of potentially writing a “review” if it isn’t resolved. Then I receive a response: “Your order and payment has been canceled. Your limited license to use our documents, or any derivative thereof, is hereby revoked. We do hope that you find something more suitable to your needs elsewhere. Have a wonderful day.” The overreaction to the simple request for a receipt leads me to conclude this company isn’t reputable. They likely violated their TOS taking action they did. Use caution when using this company.

Terrible customer service and dishonest I left the following 1-star review on deeds.com on Sept 23: "I purchased a Quit Claim Deed package a couple weeks ago. The included guide unfortunately didn't answer all the questions about my specific case of how to fill it out, so I sent them a couple questions on Sept 8. It's now the 23rd, and still no reply. The form is a useless waste of money if I don't know how to fill it out in a legally-accurate way." This time, they replied literally within minutes... by closing my account and sending me an email threatening legal action if I use the form I purchased. They said they will send a refund, which I look forward to seeing. They did NOT post the review that I left on their website. UPDATE: My review has now posted to their website. They have also sent a second very prompt letter now threatening legal action for posting reviews on 3rd party websites (like this one). It's a shame they weren't this diligent in responding to my customer service request...

Poor Customer Service and a passive aggressive comment to boot. Purchased documents and downloaded from this website. Documents required a password and password we received from the purchase did not work. When I emailed requesting support they replied 'your account has been revoked'. No explanation just revoked.. They claim a refund will be processed but not feeling very confident based on what I read about this shady website. Caviat Emptor people.

Account Revoked for choosing wrong document Here is a transcript of our emails. Support has ZERO patience. I chose the wrong document. When I asked for help, they REVOKED MY ACCOUNT!!! Some embecile in Mom's basement is in charge of customer support apparently. I must have interrupted his gaming experience. When I asked for escalation, no change. I meant to choose the Beneficiary Deed for Boone County, Missouri. I have not downloaded the Trustee Deed yet. Can you help? Please provide a phone number so I can speak with a person.
