Despite great labeling which seemed intuitive, when I clicked on the buttons to try to order a deed from a certain county, there was no response. Then I was redirected. It took a little while to figure out.

They told me to do it myself Purchased quitclaim deed package and followed instructions. I made adjustments as requested but they said the would not eFile it for me and I would have to do it myself. What's the point of their service if they won't file for me? I think they are content selling the forms but will not follow through with filing. Information on the website is misleading and/or inaccurate.

BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE. I am a 22 year practicing attorney and I I have had a deeds.com account for several months and I was very satisfied in the beginning. However, if I needed an answer to a question, the answer never came. I tried to call the facility, but I never received a message back. After ordering several deeds, unbeknownst to me my account was deleted. Access to the deeds I have purchased is denied as well. I have tried to garner a response but can not. This is not the way to run a business and as I have spent quite a but of money I would like the deeds that I ordered.

Algorithm closes account when review is bad This company has an algorithm which automatically closes your account if you give them a one star review. I join the chorus of former users who say this company is a complete rip-off.

I wish I didn’t even have to rate it… I wish I didn’t even have to rate it one star! The forms I purchased were sent as a read only and the password given by deeds.com was invalid so I was unable to fill it out, then the account I used to set it up was deleted. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a new password to unlock the document and they gave me a link to log into my (deleted by them) account. I contacted them again to fix the problem and was told my order had been canceled and refunded and my accounts have been deleted along with a passive aggressive message. I sent a picture of the form to a lawyer to get his thoughts and he said the wording was very off. Couldn’t use the form anyways! Beware of this site.
