On the following Monday 12/12/2022 my vet had a letter faxed for his approval and by Friday 12/16/2022 we had our medicine that our dog Lucy needed. I would say that is great customer service. Cheap Revolution I've used this company for over two years and find they have the best price for Revolution (Stronghold). Shipping, if I remember correctly, takes about two weeks. The company had a problem at one point where items were being held by customs for an extraordinarily long time. The company sent me an email informing me of the problem and I believe it was posted on their site as well. Since then I've placed two other orders and had no problems at all. Once, when I found one of the capsules had been broken, they issued me a credit immediately. I've not experienced any fraudulent charges from Australia to my credit card.
