I have ordered from petsuppliesnet for… I have ordered from petsuppliesnet for many years. Though delivery did usually take a month or so, their prices were so much better than anything in the US, I simply planned ahead. I last place an order in Nov 2021 that I never received. I have emailed 4 times trying to have it resent or credited. They replied once that they would resent it in Jan but they never did and they stopped replying to emails sent from their website. I lost over $100 dollars with them and would advise caution to anyone ordering from them. Good service for many years but going silent is not the way to treat a customer of over 8 years

7 year Satisfied Customer I've ordered meds for my pets for 7 years from this service without issue; never had my credit info compromised. I place my orders when I use the last dosage, affording a month for the next delivery, more than adequate time for delivery from the other side of the planet, and have always received before need. Can't wait? See your Vet and pay the premium, you deserve to.

Credit Card Fraud Charges Purchased pet supplies two months ago. Received the products in about 4 weeks. Fraudulent charges have appeared on my CC from Australia since then. I am far from Australia and don't shop there. I was suprised the pet supplies shipped from AU so I believe this is related.

Cheap Revolution I've used this company for over two years and find they have the best price for Revolution (Stronghold). Shipping, if I remember correctly, takes about two weeks. The company had a problem at one point where items were being held by customs for an extraordinarily long time. The company sent me an email informing me of the problem and I believe it was posted on their site as well. Since then I've placed two other orders and had no problems at all. Once, when I found one of the capsules had been broken, they issued me a credit immediately. I've not experienced any fraudulent charges from Australia to my credit card.
