The company had a problem at one point where items were being held by customs for an extraordinarily long time. The company sent me an email informing me of the problem and I believe it was posted on their site as well. Since then I've placed two other orders and had no problems at all. Once, when I found one of the capsules had been broken, they issued me a credit immediately. I've not experienced any fraudulent charges from Australia to my credit card.
