I have used petsuppliesnet for many… I have used petsuppliesnet for many years. My last shipment was pathetically packaged in recycled cardboard and minimal tape resulting in loss of some contents. My emails have been ignored and customer service non existent.

great and fast service provided. I ordered a product on a Saturday 12/10/2022 that needed a vet's approval before being filled. On the following Monday 12/12/2022 my vet had a letter faxed for his approval and by Friday 12/16/2022 we had our medicine that our dog Lucy needed. I would say that is great customer service. great company Ive ordered from this co.many years and it does take a short while to get here but its all good,great prices and same products as vets but just a lot cheapier,id give them a 5 star
