GBNot a reliable company I have ordered from this company twice and have never received either of my orders. I complained and was sent an email the same day that I was told it should arrive o. It has been a month after my first complaint. I sent another complaint a week after that and have not had a response to the second complaint. it's been 3 weeks and have not heard anything. I would not trust this company. There is no way to track your orders.

I place my orders when I use the last dosage, affording a month for the next delivery, more than adequate time for delivery from the other side of the planet, and have always received before need. GBI have used petsuppliesnet for many… I have used petsuppliesnet for many years. My last shipment was pathetically packaged in recycled cardboard and minimal tape resulting in loss of some contents. My emails have been ignored and customer service non existent.

GBSurprisngly good I went in to my order figuring that it would not get filled, based on how basic the website looked and a few of the online reviews. Most of the reviews were pretty good though, so I tried it out. I ordered two boxes of Revolution for cats, as it was 50$ cheaper than what I would pay in the US...and that price included shipping. I chose the shipping without tracking as the other option was quite a bit more. My order came in exactly two weeks later. I had emailed 13 days in to customer service and I got a reply about 10 hours later, I imagine due to the time difference. They said if I didn't receive my order soon, they would replace it or give me a refund. I didn't need to either of those thankfully. The medication was in metric packaging [Stronghold]. I would recommend ordering from them if you'd like to save money and don't mind having the medication in metric units [the worldwide standard, anyway].

GBgreat and fast service provided. I ordered a product on a Saturday 12/10/2022 that needed a vet's approval before being filled. On the following Monday 12/12/2022 my vet had a letter faxed for his approval and by Friday 12/16/2022 we had our medicine that our dog Lucy needed. I would say that is great customer service.
