After a very rocky start where the file… After a very rocky start where the file did not come to my email and finally showed up in my spam the installation went well . However there continues to be problems using word but the problems appear to be microsoft's.

I bought MS Office, and I was given complete assistance I bought MS Office, delivery was swift, I even made a mistake by not uninstalling the previous version, I contacted them and reply was swift. I was supported all the way from downloading to installation. He spent over an hour with me helping to Uninstall the old MS Office and installing the new One. Everything works fine.

You just can't fix stupid I have no idea why people are having problems with them. Yeah sure it's a grey market site with a fake US address (I'm not sure where they are but other key sellers are mostly in Germany). I bought Office 2021, received the key and download link within 5 minutes, actually followed the instructions and got a compressed img file. People who says it's a garbage file obviously can't click on the file name in explorer and have the default compression tool uncompress it. It comes up in its own folder, click on Setup, it installs the software. Enter the product key wherever the app puts the registration, it was accepted and so far it works just fine.

I bought 2-lifetime licence keys for Microsoft Office 2021 Professional Plus back on June 23rd last year. I thought this was for the standalone versions of Microsoft Office 2021 for PC. I was going to use one license when I got my new computer with Windows 11. That was earlier this month. When I clicked on the link, they gave me for the download; it was not the official Microsoft website. I ended up downloading Microsoft 365 from that link (unless I did something drastically wrong). I do not want Microsoft 365. Can somebody tell me why I ended up getting Microsoft 365 instead of Microsoft Office 2021 for PC? Please tell me I have got this wrong, and they are two genuine licences for the standalone versions of Microsoft Office 2021 for PC. I will change my review rating if someone can provide me with the proper instructions for downloading this software and using it effectively. My other question is, why can't I just download it from Microsoft's official website if these are genuine licences? That is what I should do, and if I do, will the serial keys still work?
