Acceptable translation The work served the purpose of translating several documents in relatively short time. The level of the translation differed based on the language, some translators were better at following directions than others. We would have liked to receive more questions about it. Translators simply take decisions and guess instead of finding out what the wishes of the client are. There were some typos in German and Spanish. Overall, we were hoping for better quality.

Big project, no problems We recently completed a major video project for an educational company. This involved over five hours of completed video and all of which needed to be translated. Verbatim Solutions did our translation work into Spanish and did so without one mistake. Pricing was good and so was the service. I would use them again the next time we need translation work for any of our video projects.

Terrific...professional from start to finish. Google Translate is ok for emails... But if I have a document that really impacts my business, I need someone that knows what they are doing! Great service, excellent quality. Would be great if it were just a little more affordable. Very prompt quote. Translation was done on schedule and was done very professionally. Overall I really liked the service but would have loved it if it were a little more affordable. As it was I ended up paying close to $100 for a one sided document which when I checked around was slightly above the average for similar services.
