Acceptable translation The work served the purpose of translating several documents in relatively short time. The level of the translation differed based on the language, some translators were better at following directions than others. We would have liked to receive more questions about it. Translators simply take decisions and guess instead of finding out what the wishes of the client are. There were some typos in German and Spanish. Overall, we were hoping for better quality.

Friendly, smooth & efficient process and staff!! I initially called in for some general information and Joss Moss was very friendly and informative. It took a little time to workout the approval internally, but I turned the project right around to Joe. The team there was able to get it back within the timeframe stated. I would, without hesitation, recommend your organization!

Great work, price and customer service! I am really happy with the service I received from Verbatim. I received a quote from another company, got a second opinion from Verbatim and it was only a fraction of the cost. I was a little nervous about paying 1/2 up front, but all work was delivered as promised. I would definetely use this company again and recommend them in the future.

Fast, reasonable and pleasant to deal with We had a bit of a difficult time finding a translation service that was both reasonable and provided quality results. Either they were extremely expensive or the quality was poor and didn't meet our business needs. Luckily we found Verbatim. I send something to my contact, Robyn, and she gives me a quote almost immediately and a time frame for when we can expect the finished product. We always get the translations back timely. I truly appreciate how easy it is, as so often simple things aren't simple, but using Verbatim is!
