GBBig project, no problems We recently completed a major video project for an educational company. This involved over five hours of completed video and all of which needed to be translated. Verbatim Solutions did our translation work into Spanish and did so without one mistake. Pricing was good and so was the service. I would use them again the next time we need translation work for any of our video projects.

GBFast, reasonable and pleasant to deal with We had a bit of a difficult time finding a translation service that was both reasonable and provided quality results. Either they were extremely expensive or the quality was poor and didn't meet our business needs. Luckily we found Verbatim. I send something to my contact, Robyn, and she gives me a quote almost immediately and a time frame for when we can expect the finished product. We always get the translations back timely. I truly appreciate how easy it is, as so often simple things aren't simple, but using Verbatim is!

GBTerrific...professional from start to finish. Google Translate is ok for emails... But if I have a document that really impacts my business, I need someone that knows what they are doing! Verbatim is professional and no nonsense from start to finish. A great company. I have used them 3 times and will use them exclusively for translating.

GBSatisfactory service and reliable delivery We've been using Verbatim for all our translation projects for over 2 years now. The service is always great and the attention from their staff is excellent. If we are given a time frame for completion it is always met, and occasionally finished ahead of time. There was an incident where a Spanish speaking staff member for one of our clients claimed Verbatim's translations were not "correct". We thoroughly reviewed and made our grievances apparent to Verbatim. They were always very attentive and on top on our replies. In the end, it was clear that the end product sent to us from Verbatim was as correct as possible. They will continue to be our only provider for any translation service.

GBI feel like I am their most important customer! I now we do not do volumes of work with Verbatim, sometimes my requests for translations come only as one phase per job. I can imagine how I might be considered a nuisance customer...but I certainly don't get that feeling. All my requests are treated with the same importance and urgency, whether it is a large document or only one sentence that requires translating. I feel spoiled with their prompt turnaround, like I am getting special attention. I certainly appreciate their customer service.
