We had agreed via an email which entertainers we required (we chose 6 for an event that needed 4 dancers to leave room for last minute changes due to covid19). They promised to reconfirm dancers 24 hours before and totally ghosted us. 5 hours before the event we get some random guy whatsapping us for the address with no idea of what the event entailed. Super unprofessional. REFER receipt for this complaint!!

Paid a deposit for a stripper, with an agreed price. 3 days before we depart for our stag do, we get told we owe and extra €50 to what was agreed due to the exchange rate. I asked to confirm what date their exchange rate was taken and where it was taken from, but they have since ignored 2 email messages. They obviously tie you into this as you have paid your deposit. The show was also terrible, lasted 10 minutes if that. They do not provide an address on there website, just a Cardiff telephone number.

Booked geeky stripper experience over a year in advance and on the night the guy that showed up told me he didn’t have any of that stuff and was being a policeman. He told the bride to get off the chair and had her friend sit down instead. He clearly fancied her as he gave her his card to call him. Extremely unprofessional. Not what we paid for. I complained multiple times and called up and no one ever got back to me. Awful. Avoid avoid avoid.

Booked an entertainer months in advance - were told he would be in touch 1 week before to confirm meeting location. 5 days before, still heard nothing so got in touch. 2 days later, still not heard back so rang and (to be fair) received a prompt email confirming location. Less than 10 minutes before he was due, we receive a text cancelling. What's the point of booking with an agency if they can't get an alternative at short notice? If they were going to cancel, at least more than 5 minutes notice would have been appreciated so at least we could re-organise our evening. Sure, they say they've refunded me - but bit hard to re-run a one night event they've ruined.
