USA bit disorganized You did a great job in terms of trying to build a good relationship with us, but overall I came away feeling things were a bit disorganized and so things weren't on time quite often. It looked like things were going to get better with website improvements etc. But we ended up going with another company that was cheaper and uses Dropbox for transcription audio upload which makes life easier.
