Good customer service and a great price. Averbach Transcription gave us a very competitive price for the transcription of over 3 hours of footage. This wasn't a rush job, so we went with the standard service which has 1 week of turn around. At the last minute they contacted me and let me know that the transcription would be a little late - we received it a day later than expected. Since it wasn't a rush job, it wasn't a big deal. We did catch quite a few typos in the transcription, but a quick run through with spell check fixed that.

They might be slightly more expensive than some of their competitors, but it's worth it for the quality of the work, quick turnarounds, and very responsive customer support.
