In that time, they have always delivered a service far and beyond their peers, consistently providing better and more unique services to meet their clients needs. They're easily one of the best transcription service out there. Moreover, their attention to detail is superb; one would be hard pressed to find a competitor with this level of quality, that delivers time and time again — at any price point.

GBGood customer service and a great price. Averbach Transcription gave us a very competitive price for the transcription of over 3 hours of footage. This wasn't a rush job, so we went with the standard service which has 1 week of turn around. At the last minute they contacted me and let me know that the transcription would be a little late - we received it a day later than expected. Since it wasn't a rush job, it wasn't a big deal. We did catch quite a few typos in the transcription, but a quick run through with spell check fixed that.

GBReliable, affordable service I'm pretty happy with Averbach. They get transcripts to me on time and at a decent rate. They also leave out the ums and ahs, getting me just the good stuff. One star off because sometimes I get transcripts back with a lot of "unintelligible" marks, but when I go back to listen to the recording I can make out the words. Am I just smarter than them? I doubt it.
