GBExcellent, fast service Zev and his team at Averbach Transcription do an outstanding job. They are fast and accurate. Many times I've received my transcript faster than expected, and this has helped me meet my publication deadlines.

GBExcellent customer service, prompt, reliable transcription I have been working with Averbach Transcription since 2009, and have found them to be reliable, timely, and easy to work with, even on challenging time sensitive projects. Highly recommended for all transcription needs. In particular, the audio upload capacity they have allows for quick turnaround without alot of time spent on my end which is important.

GBReliable, affordable service I'm pretty happy with Averbach. They get transcripts to me on time and at a decent rate. They also leave out the ums and ahs, getting me just the good stuff. One star off because sometimes I get transcripts back with a lot of "unintelligible" marks, but when I go back to listen to the recording I can make out the words. Am I just smarter than them? I doubt it.
