GBA+ customer service!! I really like this company. The turn around time is pretty fast and their customer service is great. The pricing is pretty reasonable as well. I would totally recommend this company to every who needs transcribing.

GBReliable, affordable service I'm pretty happy with Averbach. They get transcripts to me on time and at a decent rate. They also leave out the ums and ahs, getting me just the good stuff. One star off because sometimes I get transcripts back with a lot of "unintelligible" marks, but when I go back to listen to the recording I can make out the words. Am I just smarter than them? I doubt it.

GBGood customer service and a great price. Averbach Transcription gave us a very competitive price for the transcription of over 3 hours of footage. This wasn't a rush job, so we went with the standard service which has 1 week of turn around. At the last minute they contacted me and let me know that the transcription would be a little late - we received it a day later than expected. Since it wasn't a rush job, it wasn't a big deal. We did catch quite a few typos in the transcription, but a quick run through with spell check fixed that.
