GBGood customer service and a great price. Averbach Transcription gave us a very competitive price for the transcription of over 3 hours of footage. This wasn't a rush job, so we went with the standard service which has 1 week of turn around. At the last minute they contacted me and let me know that the transcription would be a little late - we received it a day later than expected. Since it wasn't a rush job, it wasn't a big deal. We did catch quite a few typos in the transcription, but a quick run through with spell check fixed that.

GBA+ customer service!! I really like this company. The turn around time is pretty fast and their customer service is great. The pricing is pretty reasonable as well. I would totally recommend this company to every who needs transcribing.

GBProfessional and prompt work Overall, I've been very pleased with the transcriptions from Averbach Transcription. I have found very few errors (spelling or otherwise) in the transcripts. The work is consistent, prompt, and accurate.
