GBA genuine bussiness When I received my book, there was an error on two pages that didn't match the proof I had approved. Morris Publishing's customer service was fast, friendly, and reliable. They took ownership of the error and sent new books as soon as possible. This error put me in a bind as far as launching my business as scheduled and left my customers waiting. I didn't feel like they really acknowledged or empathized with their error's impact on my business. That would have made their customer service top-notch. But that is just a minor detail and my constructive feedback for them when they encounter future errors. Overall, I was incredibly happy with their service and the final product.

GBI contacted three printing companies… I contacted three printing companies for my first book as an independent publisher. Two did not respond. Morris Publishing responded within hours of me sending an email. I called them several times with questions. They were patient in answering every question. The books arrived after 3 weeks of the approved proof. The quality is good.
