A genuine bussiness When I received my book, there was an error on two pages that didn't match the proof I had approved. Morris Publishing's customer service was fast, friendly, and reliable. They took ownership of the error and sent new books as soon as possible. This error put me in a bind as far as launching my business as scheduled and left my customers waiting. I didn't feel like they really acknowledged or empathized with their error's impact on my business. That would have made their customer service top-notch. But that is just a minor detail and my constructive feedback for them when they encounter future errors. Overall, I was incredibly happy with their service and the final product.

Morris Publishing does not disappoint I have used Morris Publishing five times, and am continually amazed at the quality job they do. The staff is courteous and prompt, and they seem to legitimately care about what they do. I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality work.
