My attorney will be handling this matter and as recommended by another former client of this FAKE company, I am reporting them to the FBI and the BBB. I came to them with my book already written, with a book cover, and Logan, a former employee, gave me the new book cover with no strings attached. The trailer issues were resolved but nothing else. The interviews with supposed magazines and news journals NEVER posted my work because the staff of Penguin, not real staff from the companies did the interviews and they never could show me where my articles were posted. This is a last ditch effort by Samantha Hayes to discredit my valid complaint. Please let me know your registered business name? If you read other 1 star reviews, you'll see the pattern of them not refunding money. I am not alone in this battle to recover my funds. DO NOT be a victim, future authors.
