The so called evaluations I received appeared to be AI generated with no call to action. I formally terminated the contract and no final invoice received. I have reported these people to the FBI for investigation. Referring to Penguin's reply below, if you were a legitimate business I would happily do so. To prove that please show evidence of your business name registration and the legal entity that you purport to sign contracts with authors. In reference to your amended reply below I note that you have not proven that you are a legitimate business. If you were I would not have any need to put a review in.
