CASlow delivery, slow response This order went weeks before shipping and repeated emails to the company went unanswered until I threatened to cancel the order. Once I did get a reply, I was told that the shirt I ordered was a "special order" and was identified as such in the listing. I checked and it was... way down in small print. Yet, magically, a day after I got the response, the order shipped and I received it shortly after. Once received, the product was as advertised and I am satisfied, though I may not use this website again due to long delays and slow responses.

GBshipping took waaaay too long. I received the shirt which was high quality but it took over 6+ weeks for them to ship the item which is Ludacris. After a week and a half of it not shipping, I reached out to see what was going on, and they did not get back to me for another week. I legitimately thought I had been scammed. Then they told me it was a custom order shirt and would take 6+ weeks to ship. A t-shirt that is sold on the bands website shouldn't be a custom made order. If I had known it was going to take that long I would have paid the extra 10 bucks for the shirt from the bands official site instead and got it in a timely manner. The only reason this has two stars and not 1 is I did actually receive the item which honestly surprised me.

GBI returned two shirts for larger size I returned two shirts for larger size, didn’t get any credit for a long time so I disputed charge and then a few days later I finally get credit and then email stating credit revoked because I disputed charge. I called my bank and said the company will give me a credit if I canceled dispute which I did. My bank recharged me and reimbursed your company on January 29th. Customer service keeps telling me they didn’t get the money back and my bank showed me a statement stating that they sent money but customer keeps insisting they didn’t get it back. So I’m out two shirts and have to pay a charge on my credit card even though I don’t the merchandise. I wanted to reopen dispute but my bank won’t let me. Very disappointing experience. I’m NOT happy.

GBPoor communication, no return policy I was under the impression that the shirts would arrive within a few days. When they didn’t, I tried contacting them to at first find out when I could expect the shirts. Nobody got back to me. Then since the shirts were gifts, I got them elsewhere so I no longer wanted them. They did not allow returns.
