GBshipping took waaaay too long. I received the shirt which was high quality but it took over 6+ weeks for them to ship the item which is Ludacris. After a week and a half of it not shipping, I reached out to see what was going on, and they did not get back to me for another week. I legitimately thought I had been scammed. Then they told me it was a custom order shirt and would take 6+ weeks to ship. A t-shirt that is sold on the bands website shouldn't be a custom made order. If I had known it was going to take that long I would have paid the extra 10 bucks for the shirt from the bands official site instead and got it in a timely manner. The only reason this has two stars and not 1 is I did actually receive the item which honestly surprised me.

GBI emailed over and over asking to… I emailed over and over asking to change my order to a different size ,never received anything back but “order was shipped” after about 4 weeks .. extremely dissatisfied will never order anything again

GBRepeat customer but communication issues Repeat customer, but I’ve sent at least 2 e-mails to customer service regarding reward points and haven’t received a response. I’ve received my merchandise in fine condition, but if I ever have a problem with it, I’d be worried about ever getting a response. Their CS seems nonexistent. I think there’s just bots packaging stuff in a distribution facility at this point.

GBPoor communication, no return policy I was under the impression that the shirts would arrive within a few days. When they didn’t, I tried contacting them to at first find out when I could expect the shirts. Nobody got back to me. Then since the shirts were gifts, I got them elsewhere so I no longer wanted them. They did not allow returns.

GBGreat product and price I’d been after this poster for years so excited to discover you stocked it at a reasonable price. Delivery overseas took an age but very happy overall
