TRorder never shipped! they said we sended email. but there is no email in my spam or junk boxes the only mails came are for promotions. and its still Unfulfilled since 17 april! please tell me from there when will my order shipped?

GBRepeat customer but communication issues Repeat customer, but I’ve sent at least 2 e-mails to customer service regarding reward points and haven’t received a response. I’ve received my merchandise in fine condition, but if I ever have a problem with it, I’d be worried about ever getting a response. Their CS seems nonexistent. I think there’s just bots packaging stuff in a distribution facility at this point.
