GBPoor communication, no return policy I was under the impression that the shirts would arrive within a few days. When they didn’t, I tried contacting them to at first find out when I could expect the shirts. Nobody got back to me. Then since the shirts were gifts, I got them elsewhere so I no longer wanted them. They did not allow returns.

CASlow delivery, slow response This order went weeks before shipping and repeated emails to the company went unanswered until I threatened to cancel the order. Once I did get a reply, I was told that the shirt I ordered was a "special order" and was identified as such in the listing. I checked and it was... way down in small print. Yet, magically, a day after I got the response, the order shipped and I received it shortly after. Once received, the product was as advertised and I am satisfied, though I may not use this website again due to long delays and slow responses.

GBI emailed over and over asking to… I emailed over and over asking to change my order to a different size ,never received anything back but “order was shipped” after about 4 weeks .. extremely dissatisfied will never order anything again

CAThis is the first time I ordered… This is the first time I ordered anything from Rock Merch. The selection and prices are competitive and the customer service is great! I ordered from Canada and my email was responded to quickly addressing my concerns. I would definitely order from them again!
