GBSlow to start, but gets better. Received the wrong product and customer service was a little slow getting back to me. However, they offered to let me keep the wrong product and either a refund or store credit. I was impressed by the offer of a refund, because with a lot of online merchants they won’t offer that.

CASlow delivery, slow response This order went weeks before shipping and repeated emails to the company went unanswered until I threatened to cancel the order. Once I did get a reply, I was told that the shirt I ordered was a "special order" and was identified as such in the listing. I checked and it was... way down in small print. Yet, magically, a day after I got the response, the order shipped and I received it shortly after. Once received, the product was as advertised and I am satisfied, though I may not use this website again due to long delays and slow responses.
