TERRIBLE customer service! They will leave you stranded! It took MANY months longer than expected to finalize the book. I received my author copies and there was an error in the format. I requested it to be fixed and new copies and this again took months. I finally received new copies but the error was not fixed. I have tried to reach someone for SEVERAL months regarding this and CRICKETS! They took my money and left me stranded.

SCAM AMAZON PUBLISHING AGENCY IS NOT THE SAME AS AMAZON PUBLISHING!!! APA is not affiliated with Amazon at all! This "agency" is a scam and will charge you $1.5K-2K+ for doing absolutely nothing - charging hundreds of dollars for "global distribution" and an ISBN barcode. USE KDP and INGRAM SPARKS INSTEAD! Publishing your book online DOES NOT COST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. If you look up their Wyoming address, it shows an abandoned building. I was severely depressed when I found them and unfortunately missed all the red flags. Please, please do not fall for it.

Trust your manuscript to Amazon Punishing Agency I was a total novice at this whole "writing a book" thing. I had the "writing" part down but I needed help in putting the manuscript in the right format, font and tense. Peter Williburt was a tremendous help along the way. He was very patient with me even when he had to explain things multiple times. I found him always accessible and always receptive and extremely easy to work with.

Be advise of these scam. I didn't see the red flags and gave them money for services that will never be render or money refunded.
