This "agency" is a scam and will charge you $1.5K-2K+ for doing absolutely nothing - charging hundreds of dollars for "global distribution" and an ISBN barcode. USE KDP and INGRAM SPARKS INSTEAD! Publishing your book online DOES NOT COST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. If you look up their Wyoming address, it shows an abandoned building. I was severely depressed when I found them and unfortunately missed all the red flags. Please, please do not fall for it.

Their commitment to winding up all the publishing processes within the time frame deserves all the appreciation. They picked up my slack and got everything in order in a timely manner.
