TERRIBLE customer service! They will leave you stranded! It took MANY months longer than expected to finalize the book. I received my author copies and there was an error in the format. I requested it to be fixed and new copies and this again took months. I finally received new copies but the error was not fixed. I have tried to reach someone for SEVERAL months regarding this and CRICKETS! They took my money and left me stranded.
