TERRIBLE customer service! They will leave you stranded! It took MANY months longer than expected to finalize the book. I received my author copies and there was an error in the format. I requested it to be fixed and new copies and this again took months. I finally received new copies but the error was not fixed. I have tried to reach someone for SEVERAL months regarding this and CRICKETS! They took my money and left me stranded.

Great work! 1 thing down, 10 more to go! That’s how I began working on publishing my book, until Amazon Publishing Agency came along. Their commitment to winding up all the publishing processes within the time frame deserves all the appreciation. They picked up my slack and got everything in order in a timely manner. My book came out at least a couple of months before my original planning for releasing the book and I’d ever considered getting professional help. Thank you guys!
