My project leader, Mathew, did an excellent job in helping me to traverse Basecamp and he was patient, courteous and professional in all our communication. Publishing Experience I started working with Grace A. at Amazon Publishing in June of 2023. As a new author trying to published my first book it was daunting. Grace took all the fear and complexity of publishing my book away. She gently guided me through the process, was always available, responded quickly and when an issue arose she was there to help me to understand the process and solve it in a timely manner.
