Their commitment to winding up all the publishing processes within the time frame deserves all the appreciation. They picked up my slack and got everything in order in a timely manner. My book came out at least a couple of months before my original planning for releasing the book and I’d ever considered getting professional help. Thank you guys!

TERRIBLE customer service! They will leave you stranded! It took MANY months longer than expected to finalize the book. I received my author copies and there was an error in the format. I requested it to be fixed and new copies and this again took months. I finally received new copies but the error was not fixed. I have tried to reach someone for SEVERAL months regarding this and CRICKETS! They took my money and left me stranded.

My project leader, Mathew, did an excellent job in helping me to traverse Basecamp and he was patient, courteous and professional in all our communication. The quality of work produced by the team was excellent. I love the cover and the overall presentation of the book itself. Choosing APA to publish my book was the right decision and I highly recommend this group to anyone that wants to get the job done right.

This "agency" is a scam and will charge you $1.5K-2K+ for doing absolutely nothing - charging hundreds of dollars for "global distribution" and an ISBN barcode. USE KDP and INGRAM SPARKS INSTEAD! Publishing your book online DOES NOT COST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. If you look up their Wyoming address, it shows an abandoned building. I was severely depressed when I found them and unfortunately missed all the red flags. Please, please do not fall for it.
