Amazon Publishing Company was great!!! I recently self published a children's book through Amazon Publishing Company. I was extremely pleased with the service. Peter Wilburt was my project manager. He was a delight to work with. I was super picky about every aspect of the process. However, Peter was great. He was always responsive when I reached out to him and he never lost his patience with me. I will be using this company and Peter to assist me with my second kids book.

Emily was great in setting up the cover, the mechanics of the sales on Amazon. If I needed help she was always there to take my call. Angelino Cabrelio was my editor and did a great job. He made sure to correct my mistakes without compromising the intent and meaning. The finished product was something I was proud of. They worked well together as a team. TERRIBLE customer service! They will leave you stranded! It took MANY months longer than expected to finalize the book. I received my author copies and there was an error in the format. I requested it to be fixed and new copies and this again took months. I finally received new copies but the error was not fixed. I have tried to reach someone for SEVERAL months regarding this and CRICKETS! They took my money and left me stranded.

Good Work Amazon Publishing Agency delivered on its promises. I can say without a doubt that the interaction was excellent and their work exceeded my expectations. I am happy that I chose them and will use their services again. I am very satisfied with their work and credit them for helping my son become a published author.
