CANO response to Query Over a considerable period of time every time I made a purchase my credit card was charged twice.I had no control when I agreed to a purchase the charges went thru automatically.I contacted the company & advised them my problem. They were to investigate & get back to me in a short time. I contacted the Company after more than a month I could not find my problem I am not happy.

UAWorking with Customer Service It so happened that I purchased a subscription on the site, which turned out not to be necessary for me. I canceled it and was upset about the money I wasted. But I decided to contact the customer service department, where they answered me quickly and in one evening I did get my money back for the canceled subscription

USQuick and easy! All I had to do was write an email, asking them to cancel a subscription. Done within 24 hours!

USClicked 'upgrade now' Clicked 'upgrade now' and it instantly charged my paypay 120$ without my authorization or allowing me to see how much it would cost. No way to refund. Absolutely horrible service.
