Make auto renewal an option, not a requirement I was unable to renew because you now MUST sign up for auto renewal. As a senior, I won’t do that to my family. Very disappointed.

Prices for subscriptions are great Prices for subscriptions are great. My renewal dates did not match up and they worked with the publisher to fix it. I got updated often while it was being sorted out.

No magazine in almost a year This company is joke. Did a 3 year renewal back in November 2021. Never received a single issue. Contacted customer service in mid February. Was told can't do a 3 year renewal anymore. Was refunded 1 year and they set up a new 2 year subscription. Was given brand new order number. June 1st and still no magazine. Checked account orders today and order number not even listed. This company has totally dropped the ball again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! There are others out there that WILL actually do what they say and offer. Very disappointed

Revised to Not Disappointing Original: Digital downloads require an account/subscription with a specific reader. This was not disclosed during the purchase process. If it had been disclosed I would not have purchased the download. Revised: I am in error about the required reader and would like to retract this review. Discount Magazines explained the reader to me and how its use was disclosed during the purchase process. I made a mistake in not reading the details. And Discount Magazines was very gracious in refunding my money.

Least Expensive and Most Reliable Seller have Found. Have bought magazines from this company for several years and they always come within 6-8 week. If any questions Customer Service answers fast and complete. Web site shows me all my magazines and their active/inactive status. Great feature is a Price Lock that assures renewal at same price even if publisher raises the price. Gives advance notice of renewal and allow chosing to renew or not.
