Revised to Not Disappointing Original: Digital downloads require an account/subscription with a specific reader. This was not disclosed during the purchase process. If it had been disclosed I would not have purchased the download. Revised: I am in error about the required reader and would like to retract this review. Discount Magazines explained the reader to me and how its use was disclosed during the purchase process. I made a mistake in not reading the details. And Discount Magazines was very gracious in refunding my money.

Wealth of magazines and ease of ordering My experience was great primarily because of the ease with which I was able to subscribe to a magazine. Quite honestly, I did not know Discount Magazines existed until I was somehow directed to your site while in the process of ordering a magazine subscription. So glad your site became available. I am hoping my order works out well. And, if it does - which as a first time user I must take into account - I will order again. I am impressed by the breadth of magazines you offer. Thank you!

Fast and friendly service When I called all of the lines were busy. I left a message. Often when I leave a message with a company I don't hear back for a few days. Jodi called back within minutes! I needed to cancel some "automatic renewal" subscriptions. She was so happy to help and took care of it efficiently! I highly recommend a "raise' for Jodi!! Karen

Really bad Really bad. Added to subscription to New Yorker in December and have not received anything since then. Confirmation email said "Your current subscription will be extended**:Between 02/18/2021 and 03/18/2021" and "Please allow 4-6 weeks for the renewal to be tacked on to the account." It's almost May. Excuses when we email. The COVID response is getting really old--how exactly does COVID screw up making some changes on a computer so badly? UPDATE: About 2 1/2 weeks after this review the magazine began coming again.
