GBMake auto renewal an option, not a requirement I was unable to renew because you now MUST sign up for auto renewal. As a senior, I won’t do that to my family. Very disappointed.

GBStellar customer service!!!! I've had excellent customer service through an email exchange and cannot say enough great things! Price beats the direct magazine company pricing every time. And their customer service is top notch.

GBThat DiscountMags.com is a 3rd party company I tried to change the Delivery name and address for the Us Magazine to coincide with the People Magazine in which I ordered at the same time. Your system allowed me to correct the address but not the name. I then requested assistance via e-mail and was informed that I had to call Us Magazine directly and was given the number to call. As per the representative that she talked to, she informed me that she could not change it and that I needed to have you change it because DiscountMags is considered a 3rd party company. I sent this message to DiscountMags via e-mail and am waiting for a response. I have been trying to change this since I placed the order on 1/3/2024.
