But prompted by your c/s agent, decided to analyze further and found that when I add on the efficiency of your service, there is no better deal. I can log on at any time to see my status within the subscription & see when $ is due. The individual magazine's own sites hide this info so you never know your status.

Took over 1 hour of her time to walk me through each and every account and letting me know the best rate, when the accounts merged, extended due dates and so much more!! GBReally bad Really bad. Added to subscription to New Yorker in December and have not received anything since then. Confirmation email said "Your current subscription will be extended**:Between 02/18/2021 and 03/18/2021" and "Please allow 4-6 weeks for the renewal to be tacked on to the account." It's almost May. Excuses when we email. The COVID response is getting really old--how exactly does COVID screw up making some changes on a computer so badly? UPDATE: About 2 1/2 weeks after this review the magazine began coming again.

GBLeast Expensive and Most Reliable Seller have Found. Have bought magazines from this company for several years and they always come within 6-8 week. If any questions Customer Service answers fast and complete. Web site shows me all my magazines and their active/inactive status. Great feature is a Price Lock that assures renewal at same price even if publisher raises the price. Gives advance notice of renewal and allow chosing to renew or not.

GBI won't know if things worked until… I won't know if things worked until magazines begin to arrive (or don't) so it's premature to ask how things went. But one mag is arriving. I placed my order on Dec 21. The first issue is the December issue, and now the Jan issue has arrive. But the address label says it "NOV2024" which is okay if it goes thru the November issue.
