Great feature is a Price Lock that assures renewal at same price even if publisher raises the price. Gives advance notice of renewal and allow chosing to renew or not.

Won't deliver for 8 to 12 weeks I ordered a single issue of a publication. They processed it and said it was available. But when I tried to read it, they say it will take 8 to 12 weeks to receive. This is an outrage!

Make auto renewal an option, not a requirement I was unable to renew because you now MUST sign up for auto renewal. As a senior, I won’t do that to my family. Very disappointed.
