With the one creditcard I had successes but more often than not I got the message “ this card is not accepted”- no reason mentioned why. Client services promises tot respond within 96 hours. They don’t, neither by mail nor by sms. If they could solve this credit card problem and respond to questions within the promised 96h they would receive 5 stars. My initial card was declined. Your card provider might not let the transaction go through. So I used another card with success. Use a credit card, not a debit, in case you need to dispute it for whatever reason

I ordered a .pdf version of a textbook… I ordered a .pdf version of a textbook and never received it. I emailed them multiple times and never heard back. Today I tried to find an alternative way to contact them and got a 403 error for their website, so now I can't even email them. Because of this site, they got back to me and gave me a refund because they didn't have the text.

Love this site for textbooks Love this site for textbooks. I saved over $115 on my first college textbook. My go-to place to look first. I'm also a high school math teacher. Looking around the website, I see textbooks that can enhance my teaching too. I'm always looking for books with strategies and extra problems for my students.

We all know the experience We all know the experience, the textbook is ridiculously expensive to buy from the university, and a decently priced textbook will take weeks to arrive. I was skeptical this site, but I was desperate. So after reading reviews I decided to risk it. I am glad that I did. I got the email with the link hours later, and I spent that time constantly checking my email and bank account, but there have been no additional charges, and I was able to get a much more affordable textbook.
