I have ordered 2 eBooks from them I have ordered 2 eBooks from them , i was afraid before ordering but their price and reviews was worthy, after ordering i got one eBook instantly and the second within 4 hours, it was a very happy trial and i have saved a lot of money . So Grateful I wanted to rent an e-textbook from another site but it was sold out. I'm so grateful to have stumbled upon this gem. They had my exact ebook (volume and edition #) to purchase (not rent) and it was cheaper than the other site too. I was skeptical but desperate. After combing through reviews, I took the plunge and made my purchase. A few hours later, I received an email stating my .pdf ebook was shared for download. I now have a copy saved to my phone and laptop. I keep checking my bank account to be sure all is well. No issues to date. Love you guys, thanks so much.

Ebook Order #84176 I realized that the e-book for download sent to me was missing Chapter 10 when I tried to read it before my next class. I reached out on 5/5/22 regarding the missing chapter. I was told they are going to check on this. It's been 5 days since they said they will check. No response. I told them that my finals is next week so this is urgent. Please send if you have it or if you don't have it, refund me so I can purchase it elsewhere!! UPDATE RESOLUTION: Great customer service!! They reached out to me and offer me another e-book or refund. I went with refund (currently waiting for it to be processed) since I do not need another e-book at the moment but I will definitely re-order from them in the future if I need another e-book.

The first person that responded threw a fit after I asked for a refund and I never heard back from anyone. The order number is 143601. Please refund

Abit hesitant but a genuine transaction I am so glad this came up in the search engine. I paid much MUCH lesser compared to the price quoted by my school. The pdf textbook was given in a form of URL link to download and it was emailed to me instantaneously. I was hesitant at first but with a leap of faith,did it anyways and did not regret. Thank you for making it affordable for students like me!!!
