They have very good products… but the… They have very good products… but the website has first to accept your creditcard. With the one creditcard I had successes but more often than not I got the message “ this card is not accepted”- no reason mentioned why. Client services promises tot respond within 96 hours. They don’t, neither by mail nor by sms. If they could solve this credit card problem and respond to questions within the promised 96h they would receive 5 stars. The first person that responded threw a fit after I asked for a refund and I never heard back from anyone. The order number is 143601. Please refund
