With the one creditcard I had successes but more often than not I got the message “ this card is not accepted”- no reason mentioned why. Client services promises tot respond within 96 hours. They don’t, neither by mail nor by sms. If they could solve this credit card problem and respond to questions within the promised 96h they would receive 5 stars. I really would have preferred to solve with them these problems instead of leaving a negative feedback. Kind greetings Ben Appelmelk
