My initial card was declined. Your card provider might not let the transaction go through. So I used another card with success. Use a credit card, not a debit, in case you need to dispute it for whatever reason

I ordered a .pdf version of a textbook… I ordered a .pdf version of a textbook and never received it. I emailed them multiple times and never heard back. Today I tried to find an alternative way to contact them and got a 403 error for their website, so now I can't even email them. Because of this site, they got back to me and gave me a refund because they didn't have the text.
