Best Decision! My 15 year old cat is doing so much better since I switched to Cat Person. She is throwing up lesser (hairball mixed with food ) everyday. This makes her happier and more lively. Update 8/20/2023 : my cat has stopped throwing up her food now. Another reason why I love Cat Person is also because it doesn’t stink like the store bought cat food.

Good product but takes weeks for shipping! My cat is a fan of the dry food, doesn’t care for the wet or treats. Make sure you order well in advance of running out because the length it takes to ship is terrible. I ordered a week and a half ago and tracking still says usps waiting to receive package. Seriously considering just switching to one of the healthier store brands. Been using for a few years and shipping times actually seems to be getting worse instead of better. Sad really, because the dry product is good.

Finally, a brand we can stick with! Our cat Edith has been refusing foods we were offering her, changing brands every two weeks or so. Then we tried CatPerson and she is finally consistently eating all her meals. She loves the Turkey & Chicken shreds and gravy and she also loves the kibble that I give her on the side. I love the convenience of not having to store the food in the freezer like the other brands we were trying. And the handy rubber lids make storing opened food very clean and easy.

Customer Service Is Great Although my cat didn't enjoy cat person, I really enjoyed them. I love their brand and especially the ingredient list. When I reached out to them to try and return the products, they were very responsive (they responded back on Monday when I sent an email on Saturday, got an auto response saying they won't answer until Monday because it was Thanksgiving weekend, which of course made sense). They made the return very convenient and asked that I donate the extra orders I have to a local shelter. Overall, I had a great experience with them, aside from my picky cat. :)
