I ordered 2 beautiful jackets for my… I ordered 2 beautiful jackets for my Little Chihuahua from Silver Paw around Christmas Time. Needless to stay the quality of it is 100% outstanding. One of the 2 Jackets fit a little too big, so I connected with this amazing company to ask for an exchange. Their costumer service was great and all I had to do was pay for the shipping to receive a smaller size and they asked to please donate the wrong size Jacket to a Dog in need at a Non Profit Organization. The Jacket will go to Jaime who owns a non profit organization for abused and neglected small dogs: PawliciousPoochiePetRescue . Web site was hard to navigate and… Web site was hard to navigate and understand, seemed incomplete. The dog jacket I ordered arrived promptly and was good quality however didn't fit my dog. Any information on returning it and or contacting customer support was sadly lacking, very poor. I still can't find any reliable info on how to process a return or exchange
