One of the 2 Jackets fit a little too big, so I connected with this amazing company to ask for an exchange. Their costumer service was great and all I had to do was pay for the shipping to receive a smaller size and they asked to please donate the wrong size Jacket to a Dog in need at a Non Profit Organization. decent products but long shipping times The House Stark collar and leash are perfect for our Ghosty boy. The Ghost rope toy didn’t last too long. Would have liked the rope to be a little thicker. Shipping was the only major concern. I checked every day with the link and it took almost 7 business days for the order to even leave the warehouse.
