Once the bumpy road turned to smooth pavement.... We got off to a very shaky start and I had many doubts about how this was going to turn out, however after the bumpy road turned into smooth pavement, Beth has been pretty good to work with. It's still early in the process, but seeing the book cover [front and back], I knew this would be something special. Whomever it was who did the artwork on the cover, captured the very essence of my entire journey. I had always envisioned a darker cover, but when I saw the white cover, it is exactly the way it should be. Whoever you are, thank you for your attention to detail! And to Beth, thank you for guiding me through this very new arena.

The customer service is outstanding. Both Michael Yang and Beth Oliver are kind, very professional and knowledgeable. They listen to my concerns, provided feedback, guidance and suggestions. They respond within a timely manner to my emails and phone calls. The creation of my book cover is outstanding! The cover designer captured my thoughts and ideas amazingly. Great Work! Rushmore Press has provided an…opportunity and the help I needed to reach my dreams Rushmore Press has provided an excellent opportunity that I believe will generate the missing link in my writing career. Everything cost money right? But I have learned not every dollar spent was returned or worth the cost. Rushmore is a different breed. The biggest difference that sets Rushmore Press apart from others is the ability to help me meet my goals realistically and knowing that I didn't write my book overnight. It takes time and people working together to move a mountain. At Rushmore Press I found people who honestly care about there work and my success. This is a journey, not a race. Enjoy it!

They fooled me that they are a real… They fooled me that they are a real publishing company. NO! This is a vanity press: a huge fee and very little true market value. I KNOW I'm still listed as an author, but it's a one-year deal that is far too bloated with promises and very little business value. Avoid at all possibilities!
