The customer service is outstanding. Both Michael Yang and Beth Oliver are kind, very professional and knowledgeable. They listen to my concerns, provided feedback, guidance and suggestions. They respond within a timely manner to my emails and phone calls. The creation of my book cover is outstanding! The cover designer captured my thoughts and ideas amazingly. Great Work! I am extremely happy with this company (thus far). I am looking forward to the final release of this first project and a long successful future with more to come as a member of the Rushmore family.
