USDisappointed If you are thinking about having your book published, steer clear of Prime Authors. While I did eventually get my book published, it cost me way more than I dreamed. I could have gone with other publishers and paid half the cost. And they never did fulfill all they promised or come through on all I paid for. And as much as I paid they still wanted more money, even though they had not fulfilled what they promised to begin with. My advice is to stay clear of Prime Authors, there is no way you will ever sell enough books to recoup the money you invested. They talk a big game but didn’t produce what they promised, and asking for a refund is a waste of time. In the end it is not the author’s best interest they have in mind but in draining your pocketbook without fulfilling all they promise. March 27 - It seems Prime Authors has relocated to FL according to a website. One would have better luck getting milk from a bull than to ever have this company fulfill all the promises they make for the money you spend.

USVery poor company - no wonder they went out of business This company seems to have gone out of business leaving people hanging. We are lucky and got our kindle version and paperback out, but they did not finish the hardcopy (I did) and they never put it on the 4 or 5 other ebook sites I paid for. They said they sent in for the copyright, but I never received it and have now applied for it myself. 15 paperbacks and 10 hardbacks were included with my purchase but they never sent me any - I have paid separately for all copies I have received. We only got this far with them because I constantly stayed on them with calls, emails and badgering. We had someone else edit and I proofed because they were doing a very poor job and all of this took over 10 months when they said they could do the job in 3 months. We also went through 5 or 6 different guys "in charge" of our process. One, Noah, was fairly good and got more done than any other; the rest were terrible to work with because they did not communicate with us or get anything done. They constantly wanted us to spend more money and we just wanted what was already paid for.

USReview Update on March 7, 2024: Still no copies of my book, and nothing updated on my Kindle version. I was told by someone from Prime Authors these would happen, but it has been a month with nothing. I did get a call after my last review, but nothing since. I have had to call to get any info, and when I called several days ago, I never got a return call. Buyer beware. They are full of... Update on Feb 4, 2024: I was promised 20 author copies of my novel, plus after it was published in December the Kindle version is full of spacing errors. I have not been able to contact my editor or their customer service in over three weeks. I am tired of how this company lies to me, and I only get some progress when I complain here. So, do not do business with them- they don’t care about you. Original review: I had some issues initially with Prime Authors, but they have been rectified by Nathan Rodricks, who assisted me past those issues. Thank you Nathan.

USAvoid this company like a plague Avoid this company like a plague. They are a marketing company fronting as a writing and publishing company. They make a lot of promises and do not deliver. If you have already paid them, try to get your money back through your credit card company. They are scammers, do not believe a word they say.
