GBmixed bag I wanted very much to write a favorable review as thanks for a job well done. However, in good conscience i can't do that. They did produce a beautiful book on time. The staff was responsive and unfailingly polite. What brings down their score is the phony ISBN number printed on the book, and nothing but lip service offered to correct that.

GBSo far the experience has been good So far the experience has been good. Communications key and I not only receive messages for account manager but also my writer. I find this very important as I know messages can get messed up. I’m enjoying the story I have had them write and it’s coming along perfectly

GBVery poor company - no wonder they went out of business This company seems to have gone out of business leaving people hanging. We are lucky and got our kindle version and paperback out, but they did not finish the hardcopy (I did) and they never put it on the 4 or 5 other ebook sites I paid for. They said they sent in for the copyright, but I never received it and have now applied for it myself. 15 paperbacks and 10 hardbacks were included with my purchase but they never sent me any - I have paid separately for all copies I have received. We only got this far with them because I constantly stayed on them with calls, emails and badgering. We had someone else edit and I proofed because they were doing a very poor job and all of this took over 10 months when they said they could do the job in 3 months. We also went through 5 or 6 different guys "in charge" of our process. One, Noah, was fairly good and got more done than any other; the rest were terrible to work with because they did not communicate with us or get anything done. They constantly wanted us to spend more money and we just wanted what was already paid for.
