I am working with them for last couple… I am working with them for last couple of days for publishing my book and so far the customer experience has been great. I am hoping to get my book published soon.

They promised to get my book published… They promised to get my book published and delivered to my door by 2/5/21 but so nothing. I emailed and tried to get hold of my rep. Barry but no avail. As if its all ghost. I have sent them couple emails and not responds or updates from them. Its now 2/23/21. I feel like I'm been scammed.

The worst company I've ever worked… The worst company I've ever worked with. After 12 months and 8 attempts of editing they failed to deliver a mistake free copy. The books they promised me haven't been delivered after 51 days. I'm still waiting. They also sent me an email stating there is no money in the budget for marketing, even though the plan I purchased includes marketing. Terrible experience and extremely frustrating.
