GBBad Publisher to publish your bookwith....forget those-4-5-stars! I submitted and published in with this publisher in November 2020 and paid for a plan. The agent published the book without using the plan for editing or an editor and it dafamated the potential of the book. The book is called "The Truth & the Great Deceiver" which is a great book of religion, but the publisher produced an unedited version and I paid for advertising on TV, which they denied promoting and stated they would refund a partial payment. I have been waiting for almost a year and in 2 years trying to reach them and requesting a phone call, I have not received one as of today of this review! I have to find another publisher and I paid close to $2000 for publishing and they offered me less than $500 for a refund. Not to mention the send you a excel spreadsheet of your royalties which they will not prove that it is correct. Its their word against yours through a spreadsheet and Amozon and Barnes & Noble have a disclosure with them not to reveal any purchases. Tried to contact them today about my refund and now my page is blocked and NOW you have to pay a fee to have them call you right away!!!

GBAlpha is impossible to communicate My softcover book was published on 7/30/21. In September, the hardcover came but the front cover was printed off-centered and wrong paper. Since then, 3 hardcover sample came but all of their front cover were off-centerd and wrong paper and printed blurred. By this time it was December. None of them was acceptable. Finally the last decent (not perfect but I accepted) sample came on 2/13/22. I was told I should receive my authores books in one moneth, (March). But I still don't receive my author's books yet (6/1/22 today), even though Barnes and Noble sell them on line. I bought it for a trial, it came in 5 days. It was correct one, so it is there. It has been10 months since I have been waiting for my hardcover. It has been a nightmare since last August. My first rep did not answer my email often and disappeared 2 weeks at a time and quit. At the New year, a new rep came and soon quit, I don't have a rep now. My readers received an unapproved bad hardcover copies which Alpha promised they will exchange to the right one but it is not done yet. Each time I emailed Alpha, the answer is "currently, response time is 5 to 7 business days", but even after 10 business days, nobody answers. Also, I notified that the Alpha's bookstore on their website does not functioning right for the shipping cost. Shipping for U.S. and Europe both shows $49.95. Nothing is done. I feel like I am being harassed.

GBFraud I feel that Alpha Books Solutions is scamming Me for my money and I am caught up in a fraud. My Name is Daniel Sheppard I am the Author of "Dead Reckoning Justice by Any Means Necessary" In March I contracted with Alpha Books solutions @ Alpha Books Solutions .com I contracted and paid one thousand dollars to self publish my book :Dead Reckoning, After exchanging e-mails with the marketing / sales director Christine Anderson I submitted my completed edited manuscript and we also revised the cover to the book which I approved. I was assured by Ms Anderson that my book would be printed by the end of August or no later than September however on October first I received a Docu-sign contract in which she stated that all of the preliminary work was done and Alpha was ready to print and publish, the work since then I have not heard any more from Ms Anderson she does not respond to any of my e-mails nor can I get her or anyone from Alpha on the phone at the # listed for Alpha books of Indianapolis, Indiana. Wickipedia lists Alpha as a subsidiary of Penguin/Random House however Penguin disavows having no knowledge of Alpha Books.
